We use renowned Partners/ Freight forwarder for delivery of goods. Our trusted partners include DHL, DPD, UPS, & UK Mail.

In general, if an order is placed before 3:00 PM GMT on a working day, the order will be processed same day for goods to be deliver for next working day upon payment of cleared funds within UK, however delivery to Europe & Worldwide could take up to 2-5 working days.
Please note: Next working days count Monday to Friday only, we also provide service for Saturday upon request (Extra delivery charge may apply).
The goods shall be delivered at your home or business address as long as the address is valid and verifiable. We suggest that you receive the goods on your registered bank account address. When we deliver, either you or a representative should be present to sign the delivery slip or electronic PDQ.
If you are unavailable when the package arrives, a card may be left with relevant contact details. You can either call for redelivery at a convenient date.
Intimation about delivery
As soon as your online order is received, we will send an acknowledgement email. Once your details and address are validated, your order is dispatched and once again you will receive intimation via email. Saturdays and Sundays are non-working days for the Courier partners. Bank holidays are also included in Courier partner holidays list. So, delivery is made only from Monday to Friday usually between 9 a.m. and 6pm GMT (dependent on carrier).
- When you sign for a delivery, do so only after checking the goods. We cannot be held responsible for any damages after you have signed for and accepted the goods.
- If your parcel goes missing or is not received, we may need 7 working days to trace it.
- If the product comes back to us due to a failure in delivery for any reason mentioned bellow, it will not be re-sent without charging you for the delivery again.
- Wrong address provided by you
- Not collected or re-delivery of your goods after receiving the call out card from courier company.
- Change in address after goods been left out for delivery
We allow customers to collect the goods in person.
Please note: for collecting deliveries in person you have to fill the collection form and have to provide us with the time and date of the collection of goods. Delivery only available upon providing required documents mentioned in collection form, if you fail to do so, delivery of goods will be not provided and we are not liable for any expenses or lost accrued by you the customer.
